His will
Everything happens for a reason. Even the presence of anything itself has their specific reason and time of occurrence. And I fully acknowledged that all of them are from God, alone.
Whatever things we do, act or react have our own reason for it. Others might know the reasons and some don’t. But no matter what it is, whether we know the reasons for a particular event or not, they are all under God’s will.
Sometimes when I do something, I am worried that someone might mistaken me for some wrong motives and reasons and therefore, I felt like explaining every detail of what I have done. However, I did not explain though.
I came to realize that because of that, I am afraid of being persecuted for what I have done that someone might have misunderstood it. That reminds me of how Jesus’ disciples was persecuted – beheaded and crucified for a ‘crime’ – spreading the gospel.
We have our reasons in doing, choosing or acting on a certain thing. It is a personal right and choice after all. Whether we respect or not is a thing, whether God acknowledge or not is another. But ultimately, it’s all under God’s will for you. A Good will. A will that will benefit you and me. A Will that will cause us to grow more mature, spiritually mature.
Job did not understand why God allowed such severe persecution in his life that cause him his family, wealth and health. But one thing was for sure, he understood God’s will for him and that was why he praised Him despite his harsh situation which most people will be cursing God instead. When God saw his faithfulness in Him, he gave him doubled of what he had earlier. God always leave the best behind! Amen to that.
I praise God for His will for me. Be it good or bad – for ultimately, it is meant for good in Time to come.
